The New Villa offers a great value for money with spacious rooms and a decent location near the southern Chaweng beach. the rooms are well-maintained and cleaned daily, providing comfort for couples. the bathrooms are nice, with some rooms having a great shower and high-speed internet. the hotel also has friendly staff, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some rooms in the property do not have balconies, and occasionally, guests may encounter a few minor issues such as an uncomfortable bed or ants on the balcony.

The rooms were spacious, clean with all amenities you need such as fridge, air con etc. The room was cleaned and 2 bottles of free water were replaced daily. We had quite a large balcony with a nice view and it was fairly quiet at night. It is around 2 minutes walk to the beach where there are some restaurants and also there are a few right near the hotel, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the main strip.
There was one lady on reception who was nice and friendly but we found the rest of the staff to be quite unfriendly and just ignored us most of the time. There is a very unpleasant smell on the walk to and from the hotel from the beach or main strip across a poor excuse for a river! We weren't keen on Chaweng in general but if your after a decent, cheap hotel close to busy bars, nightlife and western food then this is the hotel for you.

I recently stayed at New Villa in Chaweng for a week-long vacation. The villa was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided in the room were excellent. The location was ideal, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. The added security at night made me feel safe throughout my stay. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
Can recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and nice
The house is near a street, and so, it´s normal, that there is a little loud from the traffic, but it was okay
